As part of your
registration you will pay your fee by credit card

A. Conference attire: Comfortable, casual
sport clothes for all gatherings except Friday night
dinner where business attire is appropriate (coats &
ties for gentleman)
B. Club Secretaries: PLEASE BRING A LAPTOP (If
AVAILABLE)! WIRELESS CONNECTION WILL BE AVAILABLE.
HOTEL
RESERVATIONS MUST BE MADE DIRECTLY WITH THE HOTEL
(Hotel Rate of $159 + tax per night. Hotel reservations are the responsibility
of the attendee. Call 1-480-833-5555. The Hilton Phoenix East/Mesa is
just north of the Superstition Freeway (US 60) at
Alma school Road in Mesa. Make sure you get a
confirmation number from the hotel.
Just for
