Why, When & Where? |

Why do we need a leadership institute?
Rotary is a worldwide organization of business and
professional leaders that provides humanitarian service,
encourages high ethical standards in all vocations, and
helps build goodwill and peace in the world. Approximately
1.2 million Rotarians belong to more than 32,000 clubs in
more than 200 countries and geographical areas.
Rotary needs a constant influx of leadership as club
officers, etc. change every year. It is difficult at the
club level to learn enough about the exciting world of
Rotary Furthermore, leadership skills in a voluntary
organization are often different from business leadership
skills. It is important that club leaders have every
opportunity for education because the success or failure of
our clubs depends in large part on the quality of their
leaders |

When and where are the courses held?
Courses are held at convenient locations within the Rotary
Leadership Institute – Arizona Division service area
(District 5490 and 5500 locations). Any nominee may take a
course in any location.
